Refund policy

At Kevin Nkrumah Prints, each piece is created as a limited collector’s edition. To preserve the exclusivity and value of your artwork, all sales are final.

Damages & Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping. However, if your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kevinnkrumah817@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

Clear photos of the damaged print and packaging

Your order confirmation or receipt

If approved, we will arrange a replacement. In cases where a replacement is not available (for example, a sold-out edition), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Limited edition prints are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Gift cards and sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If your item is damaged or incorrect, it will be replaced as outlined above.
